Holiday rental

- First full month free to try – it ends by itself; afterwards you choose a monthly or yearly plan
- Yearly plan €250 net: use 12 months, pay 10. It starts only after the trial month – so you get 1 month free plus 12 months for the price of 10.
- No setup fee during the trial month. The setup (€190 one-off) is only charged if you continue after the trial – and for that we do the initial content setup together with you: guest folder, house rules and your tips go into the concierge
- QR sign as PDF to download in the host area – print it and put it up
- Unlimited guest chats – nothing is counted, no surcharge
- Included: regional knowledge, weather, events, 6 languages, read-aloud, photo understanding, SOS button
- If the concierge does not know something, you get the question by WhatsApp or email – your answer appears in the guest’s chat
- Wi-Fi password and door code are shown only to guests with your QR code

- Setup €350 – €1,150 one-off, depending on scope – only if you continue after the trial month; we do the initial content setup together with you
- 1,000–5,000 guest chats per month included. A chat counts once, however many questions the guest asks in it. Above that 3 cents per chat
- Relieves the reception around the clock: breakfast, spa, Wi-Fi, check-out, excursions
- Orders in the chat, e.g. packed lunch or breakfast in the room, go straight to reception
- Open questions reach the reception by WhatsApp or email
- Reads your website: menu and weekly programme always up to date
- Reports and analysis in the dashboard
- QR sign as PDF to download in the host area – for rooms and lobby

Tourist office

- Module 1 · Concierge on your website €95 / month: your own destination concierge on your website and via QR code at the tourist office, in your colours, all common languages, around the clock, 3,000 guest chats per month included (above that 3 cents per chat). Regional knowledge, events and “Today in the village” are maintained by the tourist office itself
- One-off setup of the chat window €1,200: knowledge workshop, connection of your events, design and integration
- Module 2 · Destination data package €165 / month: destination report across all guest questions, including hotels, guesthouses and holiday rentals – topics with trend, weekdays, languages, season, excursions, activities and the list “requested, but not available in the village”. Anonymous
- One-off setup of module 2 €450: activation, village offer list, training on site or online

Pricing questions
How long does setup take?
One appointment on site or online, about an hour, plus a questionnaire you fill in at your own pace. We set up the knowledge file, colours and logo; you download the QR sign as a PDF. The concierge is usually live within a week.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly. The yearly plan up to 30 days before it ends; otherwise it renews automatically for another year. There is no minimum term – all costs are listed on the pricing page.
How do the free trial month and the yearly plan fit together?
The trial month comes first: you use the first full month free of charge; it ends by itself and does not turn into a paid plan automatically. Afterwards you choose the monthly plan (€25 net a month) or the yearly plan (€250 net).
The yearly plan starts only after the trial month and runs for 12 full months, of which you pay 10. So in total you get 13 months of concierge and pay for 10 – the trial month is not deducted from the yearly plan.
When is the setup fee charged?
Only if you continue after the free trial month – during the trial, setup is included. It is not charged again after a pause; only if your house has to be set up anew do we charge half of it.
What do campsites pay outside the season?
Nothing. With the campsite plan we only bill the months your site is open. You tell us your season; during the winter break your knowledge file and settings stay stored – and when the season starts the concierge is back for your guests without a new setup fee.
